The commitment to achieve zero net deforestation by 2030 in the beef, dairy, palm oil, and cocoa value chains is ambitious but achievable, provided that companies make sustained efforts, as well as coordinated actions with other actors participating in the Tropical Forest Alliance. This study seeks to identify and evaluate the needs and barriers faced by the companies that signed Colombia Zero Deforestation Agreements in order to comply with the commitments made and to share opportunities for overcoming these barriers.
